BCG is hiring a Senior Analyst for its ValueScience Center, Client-Focused track to provide corporate finance and valuation expertise to consulting teams. The role develops total shareholder return and financial diagnostics, builds and stress-tests three-statement financial models, runs scenario and sensitivity analyses, translates findings into client insights, and guides case teams on corporate finance and strategy concepts. The analyst will work on case and proposal assignments across Singapore, India, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, with regular travel to client sites and onsite collaboration with consulting and client stakeholders. The role also involves using GenAI and agentic tools such as Claude Code to accelerate analysis and modelling.
