The position supports long-term implementation and transformation initiatives, translates strategy into measurable outcomes, drives program execution and value realization, develops organizational designs and operating models, conducts business and financial analysis, manages project components, and applies generative AI tools. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong business and financial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a bachelor's degree; consulting experience is strongly preferred, while industry experience is required in lieu of consulting experience.
