BCG is hiring a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on its Topic Activation path within the Health Care Practice Area to support the MedTech business in Europe and Asia-Pacific. The role combines MedTech industry and functional expertise with strategic analysis, client advisory, and the development and deployment of generative AI tools, agents, and reusable workflows. Candidates need at least two years of relevant consulting experience or three years of industry experience, a bachelor's degree, English fluency, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a temporary twelve-month contract with a targeted start date of October/November 2026.
