BCG is hiring a Senior Analyst for its People and Organization practice, focusing on Organization Design and Operating Model. The role supports client cases, workshops, proposals, and knowledge-asset development; advises case teams and topic leaders; contributes to commercialization; and progressively assists in onboarding and training junior colleagues. The position is client-focused, may involve occasional onsite travel, and is available in Dallas, Chicago, Washington, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Brooklyn, and Atlanta. Candidates need at least two years of consulting experience in Organization Design and Operating Model, or three years of industry experience in lieu of consulting experience, along with a bachelor’s degree, relevant expertise, English fluency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The base salary range is $115,700 to $119,500, with a bonus of up to 24% and comprehensive benefits.
