The role supports client cases, workshops, proposals, and knowledge-asset development; advises case teams and topic leaders; contributes to commercialization; and may assist in onboarding junior colleagues. The position requires at least two years of consulting experience in change management, culture transformation, or program management, a bachelor's degree, English fluency, strong business acumen, and strong communication skills. It is available in Chicago, Boston, and Dallas, with a base salary of $115,700 to $119,500 and additional bonus, retirement, health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
