BCG is hiring a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on its Client Focus path within the Transform Practice Area. The role contributes analysis and insights to client cases, workshops, and proposals; supports commercialization and intellectual-property development; and assists in onboarding and training junior colleagues. The analyst will partner with case teams and client stakeholders on transformation, restructuring, turnaround, and change-management work, using financial analysis, Excel, financial modeling, data visualization, and generative AI tools. The position requires 4+ years of consulting experience in transformation, restructuring, turnaround, or change management, or 5+ years of industry experience in lieu of consulting experience, along with a master's degree or bachelor's degree plus the stated experience.
