Description
The Compensation Administrator will administer compensation programs and practices for specific business units, including job evaluations, market analyses, survey participation, compensation recommendations, and compensation projects or special initiatives. The role requires experience with job evaluation, market pricing, salary surveys, annual compensation cycles, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, SAP or another ERP, data analysis, regulatory knowledge, and handling confidential information. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience and at least five years of relevant experience are required.
