Oscar is hiring a fully remote Senior Analyst for its Credentialing Quality & Data Operations Team. The role evaluates practitioner and facility credentialing records, conducts quality audits, analyzes provider data and operational performance, builds reports and dashboards, performs root-cause analysis, and develops corrective actions. It reports to the Senior Manager of Provider Operations Credentialing and requires at least three years of relevant healthcare operations, credentialing, quality assurance, audit, provider data, or data analysis experience, along with intermediate spreadsheet proficiency and credentialing knowledge. The position is open to U.S. residents except those listed, with base pay of $68,724 to $90,200.25 per year in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington, and $61,851.60 to $81,180.23 per year elsewhere.
