Bellwether is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Debt Asset Management Team to support the management, monitoring, and value creation of commercial real estate debt investments. The role combines portfolio oversight, financial modeling, underwriting, covenant and loan-document analysis, borrower diligence, reporting, and deal execution. It requires at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, and the ability to analyze loan documents, leases, and management agreements. The position is full-time, exempt, reports to an Associate or Vice President, requires occasional travel to assets and client sites, and offers a $110,000 base salary plus a discretionary bonus.
