Description
The role is responsible for defining, implementing, and evolving DevOps and CI/CD capabilities for NAB services, including automation across source integration, testing, deployment, and release management. The position partners with delivery teams, standardises tooling, mentors team members, and drives improvements in release lead time, deployment frequency, reliability, and deployment success. It requires at least five years of testing and quality-focused software delivery experience, strong Agile and DevOps experience, expertise in CI/CD and quality engineering, and experience with APIs and microservices.
