Description
The Senior Analyst Domestic Planning role develops and optimizes domestic network strategies for an assigned hub by analyzing market demand, route performance, profitability, capacity needs, and scheduling opportunities. The position partners with network planning, operations, and other business teams to provide data-driven recommendations, support schedule development, improve forecasting and planning processes, and present strategic insights to leadership. It is a hybrid role requiring approximately 50% onsite work at the Chicago office and 50% remote work, with a base salary of $81,795 to $106,602 and eligibility for bonus and long-term incentive compensation.
