Lantern Care is hiring a Senior Analyst, Finance to support annual budget planning and rebuild and maintain the company’s enterprise forecasting model. The role owns the model’s data, formulas, version control, documentation, and ongoing accuracy; supports business leaders across the organization; builds automated financial reporting; and performs analysis for capital allocation decisions. It is a hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas or New York, New York, requiring three days per week in the office. The role requires 2–5 years of FP&A or finance analyst experience, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience with financial software and reporting tools.
