The role covers renewal and marketing data analysis, group benefits renewals, carrier-quote evaluation, custom reporting, financial reconciliations, experience reviews, plan-design analysis, data integrity, and operational improvements. Candidates need 5–7 years of progressive Group Benefits experience, strong knowledge of Canadian group benefits and funding arrangements, advanced analytical and negotiation skills, strong Excel and communication abilities, and a relevant post-secondary qualification.
