Emirates is recruiting a Senior Analyst – HR Operations for its Group HR team in Dubai. The role focuses on HR analytics, workforce reporting, Power BI dashboard maintenance, data quality control, SLA and KPI monitoring, and Oracle/EBS data validation to support HR management, governance, employee relations, and workforce decision-making. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, 3–5 years of HR analytics or workforce reporting experience, strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills, and minimum EPT level 3.
