Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Senior Analyst, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to support and enhance enterprise identity governance capabilities, with a strong focus on access reviews, certification campaigns, compliance controls, and SailPoint IdentityIQ administration. The role partners with business, application, compliance, and security teams to improve governance operations, onboard applications and identity sources, design scalable solutions, and explore AI-driven capabilities for access governance. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of IAM/IGA experience, advanced SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise, and strong technical skills across APIs, Java/BeanShell, Linux/Tomcat, SQL, reporting, and enterprise IAM tools. The role is site-by-design with hybrid eligibility and is based at Bristol Myers Squibb.
