The role supports product strategy, design decisions, and execution readiness across on-exchange and employer-subsidized solutions, translating complex analyses into actionable insights for product and cross-functional teams. It is a remote work-from-home position for eligible residents of specified states, with a base salary of $75,265–$98,785 per year in most locations and $83,628–$109,761 per year in New Jersey, New York, and California, plus benefits and performance bonuses.
