Brinker International is hiring a Senior Analyst, ITSM in Coppell, Texas, to serve as a technical individual contributor on the IT Service Management team. The role focuses on ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management, including improving data quality, governance, accuracy, and maturity; troubleshooting Discovery and integrations; maintaining CI and relationship standards; and supporting Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and other ITSM processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of ServiceNow experience, and hands-on CMDB and CSDM experience; it offers a hybrid schedule and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
