Description
The Senior Analyst, Learning & Development leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent and learning initiatives, including Live Better U, Future Skills, AI capability-building programs, and curated learning pathways. The role develops project plans, curates learning content, manages vendors and stakeholder relationships, delivers learning analytics and dashboards, supports bilingual deployment and quality assurance, and creates communications and intranet content. It requires at least three years of experience in learning and development, human resources, talent management, or a related field, along with data analytics, learning-platform, content-authoring, and stakeholder-management experience. The position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, with a pay range of $74,000 to $101,750.
