Description
The Senior Financial Analyst, Project Structuring develops quantitative and qualitative financial analyses, DCF valuations, and financial models to evaluate capital investments in distributed generation and renewable energy assets, including solar and storage. The role creates and commercializes new product offerings, performs market research and due diligence, tracks regulatory and market developments, structures debt and tax-equity investments, and negotiates commercial and legal provisions. It requires strong Excel modeling, project finance, tax, contracting, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with a bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree plus 3–5 years of experience.
