MN8 is hiring a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Compliance to help evolve and oversee a risk-based regulatory compliance program across its solar and energy storage portfolio. The role focuses on federal and regional energy regulations and includes developing compliance policies, identifying and mitigating risks, auditing operations, collaborating with Asset Management and Technical Operations, delivering training, reporting breaches, and tracking compliance performance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least five years of compliance experience preferably in energy, utilities, or infrastructure, knowledge of FERC, NERC, and ISO/RTO requirements, strong analytical and communication skills, and permanent U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
