BD is hiring a Senior Analyst, Responsible Sourcing to support the execution of its Responsible Sourcing Strategy across the company. The role manages supplier due diligence, ESG risk data, supplier communications, third-party audit and assessment coordination, preventive and corrective action plans, and reporting. It requires 1–3 years of work experience, project and program management, data analysis, procurement knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools. The position is based in Wrocław, Poland, with an annual salary range of PLN 131,600 to PLN 200,675.
