Description
ClickHouse is hiring a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A within Revenue Operations. The role owns annual planning, headcount and expense management, compensation plan modeling and execution, forecast roll-ups, territory and quota deployment, dashboards, recurring reports, data quality, and support for month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting. It requires 5+ years of relevant analytical experience, strong financial modeling and SQL skills, familiarity with modern analytics tools, and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. The position is remote-friendly and includes healthcare contributions, equity, flexible time off, and a home-office setup.
