Cencora is hiring a Senior Analyst, Technical Business Solutions to translate business and customer requirements into analytical and AI specifications, coordinate with client services, product, engineering, architecture, and partner teams, and support reliable delivery of AI and analytics solutions. The role includes requirement analysis, solution trade-off evaluation, documentation, backlog work, defect resolution, RAG strategy development, prompt engineering, API integration, and improvement of analysis practices. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of relevant technical business analysis or solution design experience, and experience with SQL, Python, DevOps, GenAI/LLM applications, REST APIs, and prompt engineering.
