Cencora is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for its Specialty Group Purchasing Organization (SGPO) Salesforce CRM Team. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing CRM processes, developing user stories, supporting Agile delivery, analyzing CRM data, and leading change management for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud enhancements. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of business analyst experience including three years of Salesforce CRM experience, strong Service Cloud knowledge, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
