Description
StackAdapt is hiring an AI Operator to partner with internal and external stakeholders on AI-driven operational improvements. The role builds and deploys custom tools, agents, skills, and prompt libraries; contributes to internal MCPs and reusable skills; coordinates technical projects across AI Automation, Engineering, Product, and other teams; runs ad hoc data analysis using SQL; and helps teams achieve first wins with AI. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in technical program management, technical operations, analytics, or similar roles, hands-on AI development experience, SQL and data-analysis skills, and strong cross-functional communication. The role offers a base salary of CAD 76,000–104,500 and is marked remote.
