The Sr. Analyst, NA Transportation Optimization reports to the Sr. Manager and leads continuous improvement, cost-savings, Lean, and transportation optimization projects for North America Supply Chain. The role maps processes, develops metrics and dashboards, manages a three-year project portfolio, supports cost-to-win and cost-to-deliver initiatives, coordinates with vendors and quality teams, and coaches transportation associates. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of supply chain experience, and up to 25% travel; the position is based in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, with an annual salary range of $120,300 to $192,400 USD.
