Costello Medical is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Canadian Value and Access team to lead market access, health technology assessment, and health economics projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. The role involves preparing HTA submission packages, economic evaluations, budget impact analyses, reimbursement strategies, evidence-generation plans, and value-communication materials; managing client relationships; delivering projects on time; and mentoring junior colleagues. It is a full-time permanent position based in the Vancouver office with hybrid working, a starting salary of CAD 90,000–100,000 per year, and benefits including healthcare, life insurance, retirement contributions, and study leave. Candidates need a scientific degree or higher qualification, at least two years of relevant experience, strong scientific writing and data presentation skills, and the ability to work across multiple accounts and disease areas.
