Description
Fortive is hiring a Senior Analyst, Workforce Intelligence to serve as the analytics and insights partner to Talent Partners and OpCo HR teams. The role owns the employee listening strategy and workforce intelligence operating model, develops AI-enabled analytical products and methodologies, analyzes workforce, talent, organizational, and employee experience data, and translates findings into actionable recommendations for talent planning, succession, organizational effectiveness, and workforce decisions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of data analytics experience, strong analytical and consulting skills, and experience in a global matrixed environment.
