Description
The Sr Analyst, Workforce Intelligence serves as Fortive's analytics and insights partner to Talent Partners and OpCo HR teams. The role owns the employee listening strategy and workforce intelligence operating model, develops workforce intelligence products and scalable analytical methods, analyzes employee sentiment and workforce trends, and applies AI-enabled techniques to generate actionable insights for talent, workforce, organizational effectiveness, and capability decisions. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of data analytics experience, strong analytical and consulting skills, and experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
