CoStar Group is hiring a Senior Analytics Data Engineer for its Homes.com team in Arlington, Virginia. The role owns end-to-end data infrastructure, including data requirements, table and schema design, SQL and Python pipelines, data quality and monitoring, warehouse architecture, and scalable Power BI solutions. It also supports machine learning model production, LLM applications, and data-driven product experiences. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, data warehousing, and business intelligence, plus experience with cloud platforms and data visualization tools. The role is hybrid, with office work Monday through Thursday and work from home on Friday, and offers a base salary of $128,000 to $190,000 annually.
