Avison Young is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their Data Architecture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and scaling the analytics layer in Snowflake using dbt, designing scalable and business-aligned data models, and leading a team of analytics/data engineers. This role emphasizes analytics engineering and data modeling over traditional pipeline-heavy data engineering, focusing on understanding the "why" behind data rather than just the "how."
