Boulder Care is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, develop BigQuery models with dbt, configure Fivetran ingestion, and create Looker/LookML reporting structures. The role partners with clinical, operations, finance, and growth teams to translate business questions into analytical workflows, supports patient acquisition and marketing analytics, mentors analysts, and maintains data quality, governance, and documentation. It is a fully remote, full-time position for candidates residing in the listed United States states, with a starting annual pay range of $155,000–$170,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
