Description
FIGS is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and maintain scalable dimensional data models, semantic layers, dbt models, and analytics frameworks in Snowflake. The role partners with business stakeholders across ecommerce, marketing, finance, operations, product, and customer experience; establishes data quality, testing, documentation, governance, and reporting standards; and mentors analysts and junior team members. Candidates need at least five years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or related data roles, along with advanced SQL, dbt, cloud data warehouse, and dimensional modeling expertise. The base salary is $130,000–$150,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
