Description
The Senior Analytics Engineer will design and maintain analytics-ready data models, data marts, semantic layers, and pipelines; prepare healthcare data for predictive modeling, forecasting, risk scoring, and AI applications; enable self-service reporting across Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud platforms; and partner with clinical and operational stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or senior BI/data modeling, and at least three years in healthcare analytics. The position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization and pays $94,100 to $116,700 annually.
