Klaviyo is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to own end-to-end data pipelines and modeling for Sales and Product analytics. The role builds production-grade dbt models in Snowflake, ingests data from Salesforce and ERP systems, implements reverse ETL, establishes data quality and governance frameworks, partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams, and leads technical guidance and cross-functional projects. Candidates need at least five years of analytics or data engineering experience, strong SQL and dbt expertise, Python or similar proficiency, and experience with modern data stacks. The base salary range for United States locations is $112,000 to $168,000 USD, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
