Laurel is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer/Data Scientist to own the analytics lifecycle for product and business data, including SQL/Python analysis, metric modeling, data warehouse and ETL development, BI dashboards, data quality, and machine learning prototyping. The role partners with customer experience teams to quantify and communicate ROI and joins customer-facing presentations. It is a hybrid position based in Laurel’s San Francisco office three days per week, with a stated compensation range of $205,000-$249,000 USD for San Francisco-based candidates and no visa sponsorship.
