Hercules is hiring a senior analytics and full-stack engineer to own its data stack, including ETL from third-party and operational sources into BigQuery and Clickhouse, data modeling with DBT, semantic-layer modeling, and business intelligence dashboards in Omni. The role requires strong software fundamentals, clean code, data modeling, semantic-layer, business intelligence, and AI coding skills. The company prefers in-office work in San Francisco but is open to remote work for exceptional candidates willing to work in United States time zones and travel regularly. Compensation is $100,000–$250,000 plus equity, with healthcare, vision, and dental benefits.
