Complex is hiring a Senior Analytics Leader to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events. The role translates complex and imperfect data into strategic insights, leads a team of three analysts, uses AI and modern analytical tools, shapes the analytics roadmap, and collaborates with Data Engineering. It requires 10+ years of analytics or strategy experience, 4+ years managing analytics professionals, strong SQL and scripting skills, and experience with BI tools. The position is on-site five days per week at either the New York City or Los Angeles office and offers health, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
