The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level, full-time technology role responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise application systems. The position coordinates with the Technology team, advises senior stakeholders, coaches junior analysts, and applies independent judgment while managing project phases, security, compliance, and operational standards. Recommended qualifications include 8+ years of relevant experience, systems analysis and programming experience, project management knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; the role also requires proficiency in JavaScript, React or another UI framework, TypeScript, state management, componentized development, streaming and real-time experiences, frontend architecture, and the full software development lifecycle.
