Creative Assembly is hiring a Senior Animator for its Total War team in Horsham, West Sussex. The role involves setting animation quality standards, creating keyframe and motion-capture animations, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams on gameplay-enhancing animation systems, improving pipelines and tools, and mentoring internal and external animators. The position requires strong animation, game-development, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, and requires three studio days per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
