Macy’s is hiring a Senior, Asset Protection Systems Admin to administer, enhance, deploy, and maintain asset protection technology platforms such as exception reporting, case management, work order, and fraud tools. The role partners with Technology, Supply Chain, Fraud, Stores, and other business teams to translate operational requirements into technology solutions, manage configurations and user access, support testing and deployments, improve system performance and adoption, and provide documentation and training. The position requires at least three years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems and related operational disciplines, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
