Description
Truist is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to lead enterprise vulnerability management for automated API testing. The role partners with application development, DevSecOps, and technology teams to identify, assess, prioritize, track, and remediate security vulnerabilities; perform security and penetration testing; develop risk-based remediation strategies; maintain automated API security testing in CI/CD pipelines; and implement security baselines and guardrails. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience, plus at least seven years of security engineering or related cybersecurity experience, along with expertise in API security, threat modeling, security testing, penetration testing, and complex information security technologies.
