Enterprise Bot is hiring a Senior API Integration Engineer to design and implement scalable API-driven integrations between its platform and enterprise systems such as CRMs, contact center platforms, ITSM tools, and other applications. The role involves developing REST, webhook, and event-driven integrations; collaborating with product, engineering, and client technical teams; troubleshooting distributed-system issues; documenting workflows; and contributing to integration frameworks and standards. Candidates need at least six years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and hands-on experience with backend technologies and enterprise integrations.
