The role covers workflow and automation development, ITOM capabilities, CMDB data quality, secure and upgrade-safe delivery, integrations, troubleshooting, platform governance, and stakeholder guidance. Candidates need at least five years of production ServiceNow development experience, relevant certifications, strong JavaScript and platform development skills, and availability to work on-site in Noida at least 60% or willingness to relocate.
