Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring a full-time Senior Application Development Engineer to lead applications systems analysis and programming, coordinate with management teams, define system enhancements, resolve complex business and system issues, and coach mid-level developers and analysts. The role requires 6–10 years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience, project management and leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred. The position offers a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a base salary of 268,390.00–457,010.00 Polish zloty.
