Description

gFiber is hiring a full-time Senior Software Engineer, OSS to build and launch its new OSS platform, develop and troubleshoot the OSS ecosystem, integrate devices and services, and coordinate software engineers and system integrators. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, seven years of combined software engineering experience with Java/Kotlin and Python, and experience leading complex projects and coordinating work across architecture, development, and QA. The position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship and offers a US base salary of $161,700 to $196,400 plus bonus and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience coordinating software projects across architecture, development, and QA teams
Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating and reviewing OSS transformational project designs, including downstream and upstream integration, dual-stack operation, and rollout strategy
Experience developing software in the telecommunications or Internet service provider industry
Ability to navigate and deliver projects in dynamic and sometimes unclear environments
