Syms Strategic Group is hiring a full-time Senior Application/Infrastructure Support Engineer for a remote, U.S.-based Veterans Affairs position. The role provides high-level operational support for complex application cloud systems, troubleshoots and resolves outages, maintains computing infrastructure, documents and trains users, and supports compliance with VA standards. It requires at least eight years of systems engineering or related production experience, three years of SQL query and monitoring experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance. The salary range is $85,389 to $116,975, and the position is a W-2 arrangement.
