Description
The Senior Application Manager - Software Asset Management will operate, configure, and develop a Software Asset Management tool, support business users through customization, reporting, KPIs, and user management, implement updates and system adjustments, build interfaces with inventory, contract, finance, and other systems, automate SAM processes, support CMDB operations, and assist with license and compliance audits. The role requires a relevant computer science or business informatics qualification, several years of SAM, IT asset, or license management experience, strong SAM-tool knowledge, software licensing expertise, database and BI skills, and German and English communication abilities.
