Onex is hiring a Senior Application Security Architect in Toronto to strengthen application security for internally developed, vendor-integrated, open-source, and emerging technology solutions. The role leads secure SDLC and architecture standards, risk-based security reviews, threat modelling, source-code and control assessments, secure reference architectures, CI/CD security controls, and supply-chain risk reviews, with a strong focus on cloud applications and AI/LLM platforms. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience, including application security, secure architecture, cloud applications, and DevSecOps, along with strong coding and communication skills. The expected base salary is C$115,000–C$130,000 annually.
