Description
Capco is hiring a Senior Application Security Engineer to lead the migration of Web Application Firewall capabilities to Cloudflare and/or Akamai. The role involves configuring and deploying WAFs, implementing security policies, managing DNS and traffic routing, testing and troubleshooting functionality, security, and performance, and supporting application onboarding, cutover activities, and post-migration stabilization across complex enterprise environments. Candidates need at least 10 years of relevant experience in network security, application security, infrastructure engineering, or related technical roles, with substantial hands-on WAF experience. The position offers a base salary of $118,000–$152,000 CAD and may include an annual discretionary or variable bonus.
